Not
Now! Theatre Company are giving this award winning Michael Olsen
black comedy its European premiere at this years Fringe.
Two
actresses, seemingly mousy Helen Macfarlane and street-smart Kat
Brown arrive for an audition to discover a bare room and a chair.
No one else is present and the only clue they have is a coded
message on the shows flyers, but is it really an audition at all?
If not, what?
In
this well performed and directed piece the story unfolds with a
few twists and turns along the way and builds to a, for me anyway,
unexpected conclusion.
If
you have ever attended an audition, no doubt you will recognise
parts of this play, if not, well this could be an insight to what
may go on before we the audience see the finished article.
