In
truth this play is really three playlets dealing with auditions in
one way and another.
Scene
1 sees C grade actor Mark Sansone, Danny Swanson auditioning for a
role in a production and gradually turning the tables on casting
director Piers Pierce played by Adam Shndler.
Scene
2 is the local village Am-Dram Committee ,Neville, Genieve and
Harry, respectively played by Alex Grant, Lottie Flintham and Tom
Martin are
interviewing movie star Rory Dallas, who is
being forced to audition for a role in the local Panto.
Scene
3 sees Mark Sampsome auditioning for a completely different role
in a three hander also featuring Rosie and Jack Swanson.
Each
playlet was enjoyable and well acted, but it was not clear to most
of the audience when the show was over, also why did the Mark role
have two appearances?
