Robyn Petersen the writer and performer of this play tells the story of her life from the early days of growing up in ‘60’s Miami Beach culture through her early 70’s escape to New York and consequently on to Paris France where for ten years she was a super model, had the term been invented then, and a favourite of magazines and as a runway model for haute couture fashion houses and designers.

Ms Petersen relates the story with panache, ably changing characters to expand on a few of the anecdotes that are the substance of her story, and although I am not an aficionado of the fashion world I found this an interesting production and one that certainly held my attention throughout.

The audience I saw had an 80% female content, suggesting this may be the demographic more likely to attend , but gents don’t let that put you off going, it still works for us too.
