This late afternoon play is written and
performed by Erin Donovan is about a shopaholic LA woman also called
Erin, could this be one and the same in the throes of moving, much
to boyfriend Chris’s surprise to a houseboat in Chelsea on the
Thames.
It is September 1985 when the story
commences and although the couple promise to keep no secrets from
each other, but what about the move, the wedding, the credit card
bills. Could it be one party is interpreting their agreement
differently that the other?
In an engaging way Ms Donovan relates the
story, characterising all involved and drawing her audience along on
the journey with her. The script is well written and amusing and the
simple direction effective.
So does the marriage happen, do the bills
