About Turn Theatre Company make their
lealest foray to the Fringe with this play based on the life of
Marilyn Monroe.
This play is rather short to do adequate
justice to this icon in my opinion and while this is an interesting
concept I feel that given more time, like a full hour then it would
be far better.
The cast of Dani Dewar, Vicky MacKenzie,
Katie Ungar, Clive Keene and Jimmy New play all the character cameos
that crop up in her life, and interestingly the ladies all play
Marilyn at some point in this production.
Although the time restraints only allow the
surface to be scratched of the life of the blonde bombshell, still
it is certainly an okay
way to spend under an hour in the afternoon.
