I Shot Dirty Den

Pavel Douglas was born in Krakow Poland to Polish Films Star Stanislaw Zaczyk and Scottish actress Deidre Douglas. His early years and theatrical beginnings were back in Scotland and despite several TV and film roles he is probably most famous for having shot Dirty Den, in East Enders.

Although several years later Den's character was resurrected, Pavel's was not.

This autobiographical play was written and performed by Pavel with co-writer Andy Burden directing. Basically the story of his life with frequent references to the shooting incident. Obviously well performed with true feeling, after all it is his life. I found Pavel to have a very mesmeric voice plus a great range.

If you like self written and performed pieces this is an interesting one whether you are an Eastenders addict or not.
