Mark and Dan’s walking trek from Bangor
in Wales to Boston in Lincolnshire is an unusual and humorous double
act. They set out in spring 2006 without money, food and any planned
accommodation, and depended on the generosity of the folk they
encountered on the journey. In return they provided a free show.
Britain is still a land of eccentrics
particularly in country areas. Dan and Mark met their fair share as
well as experiencing amusing situations.
They have an easy, engaging and intimate
style. Indeed, it is like meeting up with a couple of mates. Their
witty account should attract interest from not only the walking
fraternity but also reach out to a wider public.
