This play is written, directed and staged by Patricia
Hartshorne and Michael Elphic. Enid Pringle, spinster, applies for a
job in the local Doctors surgery after the death of her invalid
mother, she enjoys her job, adores Dr Smythe-Wilkinson and things
would be perfect if it wasn’t for the patents. As her confidence
grows along with her infatuation for the Dr. Things suddenly alter,
after his death the surgery changes, additional services are added
along with complimentary therapies.
Can
Enid cope? Will she accept and adapt to the changes? And what of the
new Doctor?
This
