All this... and Heaven too?
Z Theatre Company
All this and Heaven Too by Sam Grayston is given an airing in this late evening slot.
This play could probably be best described as a cross between sit com and farce that tracks the death and life of Ian Chester Ramsbottom, played by Natham Manthorp, who is supposed to be escorted from purgatory by Angels Erin and Edmund (Jo Pitt and Chris Lazenby) but somehow escapes.
God, Claire Shaw-Kay and Lucifer, Sama Goldie are playing Guess Who to decide the fate of the world, and it falls to Erin and Edmund with the assistance of a very inept Hitman, Caroline Flood, to save the day and restore the natural order.
The whole show is comic madness, but a must. All the cast were good, but I was impressed with Chris Lazenby as the totally hopeless Edmund. He has deadpan comedy talent to spare.
So to find out what a comedy loophole is all about and he see a genuinely funny experience check this out for yourselves.
