Treasure Island

Spotlites Theatre Company’s production of Treasure Island is a good way to start your days Fringe viewing.

This enthusiastic company uses four performers and several off stage helpers to provide an interactive entertaining show. The three males and one female actors multi task with all the characters in the story and frequently get volunteers from the audience to take part. Not only using a select few children on stage, they utilise the whole audience several times throughout the show. The interruptions in the flow of the story, due to these frequent audience participation moments, add interest rather than detract from the enjoyment of the performance.

Who needs interactive TV when you have interactive theatre to entertain and amuse you?  This show is for audience members of all ages (although youngsters of 5 or below might find it a little scary).  Adults definitely do not require to be accompanied by a child.
