Phil Kay - Gimme Your Left Shoe

Gimme your left shoe is the title of Phil Kay's kids show.  The show is exactly what it sias, Phil asks each kid in the audience to give him their left shoe.  All the shoes are placed in a sledge and to retrieve the footwear all the kids have to do is bounce on his trampoline, say their name then use some of the hundreds of props strewn around. On the day I was in the audience was quite small so each child got quite a bit of individual attention. Our entertainment ranged from painting with water and drawing with felt pens, Skiing on dry land, putting various pieces of clothing on and taking them off again, sneaking up behind Phil to scare him and finally putting as many props into a basket as possible.

It might not sound like fun to you but we had a great time and us adults enjoyed it as much as you kids!
