Songs for a New World
Louder than Words
A cast of six very talented performers enact a series of scenes from various ages of American history, which display typical anxieties of the USA psyche.
Camilla Bard, Carmen Cusack, John Cusworth, Peter Eldridge, Vicki Kruger and Andy Mace with a wealth of experience behind them, from previous Edinburgh Fringe performances, through national touring productions to the West End, should and do put on an excellent show.
Although it is technically superb, full of clever uses of minimal props and a good lighting plot the musical numbers all bar ‘A New World’ are less than memorable.  All beautifully sung and a pleasure to listen to but I can't remember any others.
The same cast also perform ‘Schwartz it all about’ which I have heard nothing but good reports about it. So here’s hoping.
