must admit that I am not a great fan of the circus. I don't like
to see animals performing, and how many clowns can you see!!
So
if you are like me and don’t like the circus of the present then
I suggest that you will probably love the Circus of the Future.
The programme says that the celebrated Frog Stone and Lydia Ayres
return, and I assume these are the two talented ladies who portray
a whole cornucopia of characters that make up the most
dysfunctional circus around. Mid European ringmasters, Geordie
talking horses, pigs giving therapy and East Anglian cleaners are
just some of the characters we meet in this hour of mayhem.
Okay,
maybe it's not a ground breaking show, so what! What it is is an
honest to goodness late afternoon hoot that is guaranteed to lift
the spirits.
