Janey
Godley is unique in that she is pure home grown talent. As the
only Scottish comedienne on the fringe I think she is giving even
the better-known females a run for their money.
Her
humour is day to day observational, with personal and family
anecdotes included for good measure. Her audience interactions are
gems and no one feels threatened by them at all.
She
has a unique slant on things and if the animal voices or those in
her head take over you just don’t know where you are going to
finish up.
Scottish
pride or just a ruddy good laugh should be enough to encourage
anyone to go and see her show.
