The
Comedy Picnic has hit town again in it's new home of The Pod Deco.
The
format is the same as last year, compered by the outrageously camp
Jonathan Meyer and an assortment of four other comedians all based
in the North-West of England.
The
four on the menu when I dropped in were Dave Ingram, Rodney Marks,
Mick Davis and Ian Fox as the Bill Topper.
Each
had about 10 minutes to sell themselves and they all succeeded to
a greater or lesser extent.
With
a changing line-up there is no guarantee as to who will be on the
bill when you go, but it is certainly a good way to see 5 up and
coming comics for the price of one.
