The
BBC Stand Up Show is always as good value for money as it can be,
with Auntie able to attract the cream of comic talent to sustain
the ever hungry for more monster that is getting bigger each
Fringe.
The
show follows the normal format, M.C. and our comedians. The show I
saw had M.C. Tom Price, performing in Stickmen at the Pod Deco,
and the acts, Middlesbrough's Pat Monahan performing at GB Teviot,
American Scott Capuro, Pleasance, Irishman Jonny Candon and top of
the Bill, the 2003 Perrier Award winner Demetri Martin, who is at
Assembly Rooms.
As
one can see the talent was immense, but the line up changes
nightly, but if the calibre is as good as the fare on offer when I
saw it, it is certainly well worth the money.
