I first saw Sammy J in 'The Forest Of Dreams' last year, absolutely loved the show and decided to come back for more. 'Sammy J 1999' is his 2009 fringe offering.

Picture Sammy 10 years ago, easy to do, as he hasn’t changed much! This gawky teenager takes us through his life during the last few months of 1999. Utilising a very explicit if cleverly minimalistic set, excellent storytelling and some songs Sammy takes us through the highs and lows of that period of time culminating in his appearance on Australian TV (exactly how I know he hasn't changed much) and his Millennium bash!  This show is very well written and superbly performed. Sammy already has a cult following so you might have to fight for tickets, but boy is it well worth it.

This cute extremely talented man is not only doing 1999 but is touring with 'Sammy J and the Forest of Dreams' including 12 shows in Udderbelly’s Pasture Cowbarn.

This great fun show is well worth seeing plus Sammy J sings.
