I had not heard of Janeane Garafolo until watching Loose Women a few weeks ago. Fuelled by the curiosity raised by this appearance I went to see her Fringe show. Having not seen her however is not quite true as she is in the film ‘The Truth About Cats and Dogs’ which I have seen. She has been in the TV series ‘24’ and ‘The West Wing’.

This heavily tattooed lady looks like the sort of person you would avoid at all costs and she certainly has some controversial opinions but she is very funny in an American way! I am not sure how to describe her comedy more than go and see her for yourself.

You will come out laughing but will also be contemplating one or two subjects you have not really thought about before.
