It’s been a couple of years since I have seen this comedian perform and since I have he has been nominated for and won many awards for his work, so I took the opportunity to check him out again and see his 2009 set.

The sell out gig was ready for this slim redheaded chap as he hit the stage and preceded to bemoan his lot for the next hour.

Lawrence is self-deprecating in the extreme, throughout, and he certainly has strong opinions on many subject, and talks long and hard on them before moving onto his next victims, er I mean, subject.

As a comic I reckon Lawrence must use twice the words that most other comics use in the course of his hour, he either is, I doubt, or at least assumes the persona of a miserable man, not happy with his lot in many things and threatens that he is leaving the comedy world.

I assume this is just part of the act, as although he has a whiney voice, his words, is annoying, him again, and ginger a fact, he is certainly a talented and different comedian one that the comedy world could scarcely do without,

So this may be your last chance to witness this unique chap, get your ticket while you can.
