This early afternoon sketch show presented
by Rosie Wilkinson and Helen O’Brien is already very popular with
the tickets already at a premium and it is not hard to know why.
From the opening parody of 9 to 5 by two
Barnsley housewives through more than a dozen sketches these two
ultra talented ladies have their room in laughter throughout and
with many belly laughs not just polite titters too.
Sketches include the subjects of teen
angst, beauty salon, French lessons, wedding dress shopping, primary
school teaches seminar and an excursion to Castle Flattley are just
a few of these situations that the ‘Goddi’ serve up in this
lunchtime feast of fun.
Both of the ladies are believable as
teenagers as well as OAP’s not to mention most points in between
and have excellent comic timing. This show is a fine example of
everything that is good in sketch comedy. Check it out as soon as
you can. This is not the biggest room and I’m sure tickets will
not be readily available for long.
