Barry Cryer & Ronnie Golden

I don’t think Barry Cryer (73) and Ronnie Golden (60) have portraits hidden in their attics growing older as they stay young they are more like either bottles of malt Whisky or Champagne maturing and deepening in flavour whilst they age.

As I have said before these two gentlemen comedians could teach many of the up and coming youngsters a thing or two. It’s not just us oldie’s who flock to see Messrs Cryer and Golden perform as the packed audience contained many generations. We missed Ronnie last year and it is really good to see him back with Barry, all be it for nine shows only.

The wide variety of content of their shows cover comedy, poetry, prose, history, the future, music and songs. As far as value for money is concerned, penny for penny this has to be one of the best. Laughing so much we were almost rolling in the aisles and every comment I heard leaving was positive.
