Janice Phayre: with Occasional Showers

I have been aware of Janice Phayre for a few years now, seeing her perform in Freedum with Phil Nicol and last year as part of the Comedy Zone troupe, but this was the first time by herself in a full length show.

Irish born Janice enters the space with a builders bum cleavage and informs us she is here for the crack!! Following a brief chat with the audience and eventually quieting the drunk chatterers in the second row, Ms Phayre bares her soul, and more, as she chats about her life, her friends opinions of her and various relationships issues.

Some of her anecdotes are hilarious, some less so, but I feel this lady has enormous potential. and is an attractive lady with a wicked line in material. I feel she was put off her stroke a little with the drunks and never fully recovered.

Still it's unlikely she will suffer as badly in the rest of her run,  so give her a chance.
