Like many substances that are hard to
control, I resisted seeing camp Scottish Comedian Craig Hill for
some time, but after more TV exposure and meeting this kilted
crusader I was hooked.
Now as with most of the things you try to
resist I have become addicted and want more, more, More!
This years Fringe offering to me is more
addictive than most as we not only get Craig’s unique kilt-on-life
we get, dancing and singing and comedy! This year “Craig Hill is
Makin’a Big Song & Dance” he is proclaiming his love for
music and musicals to the world. Ok not quite the world but to any
Edinburgh Fringe audience he can.
He has me rolling with laughter from his
energetic entrance dance routine to Scissor Sisters ‘I Don’t
Feel Like Dancing’ to his exit again to the same music. Between
times we get his sometimes sarcastic, caustic quips and occasional
amazing singing.
Craig Hill might not be to everyone’s
taste but this excessively talented, kilt wearing, proud to be Scots
person is “Makin’a Big Song & Dance” about things and I
think we should all try and be their to support him!
