Automated Housewives

This light hearted comedy play, written and directed by Kayla Ford, who  together with Judy Batalion and Ro Dalziel are the Automated Housewives (Ching) and they are broadcasting a radio show live from the Pleasance Hut daily. Only joking they are not really, it is however what their how is all about. All are welcome except one or two, notably Carol Vorderman and Linda Barker.

This show did not make it clear to me what is an Automated Housewife, and although there was some amusing material, there was nothing that I felt was stand out. As with most broadcast shows when the applause sign is held up to tell the audience when to clap, they had to resort to this on too many occasions for my comfort.

However this is a nice gentle way to start ones day with nothing to cerebral for this time of the afternoon.
