The Musical
Baby Wants Candy
After a few years absence Baby wants Candy make a welcome return to the Fringe and like a number of companies, having hit on or developed a winning formula, they adhere to it. Why not? On each visit their cult status grows and even this early in the Fringe their shows are doing great business.
The format, if you are one of the few who doesn't know involves them improvising a Musical from a single audience suggestion and performing this as a one off for the best part of an hour. Okay I wouldn't expect Cameron Mackintosh to be reaching for his cheque book , bur they are talented and versatile to make a damned good go of it.
I will not attempt to describe the epic I saw 'cause after all it will be different ever night, but if this is your bag I suggest you organize your ticket quickly as I'm sure come the end of the run tickets will become like gold dust.
