Lucy
Porter is a liar! She is, she told us all. Ah but do I believe
her, that is the question?
What
I certainly do know is that Lucy may be small in stature she is
huge in talent and charisma. I had the pleasure of seeing he show
last year and thoroughly enjoyed it, and this years is of the same
excellent vintage.
The
thrust of the show this year is that she is a liar, as all stand
up comedians are and how she has resorted to some self-help books
to counter her failings.
She
is genuinely funny, reacts well with her audience and also dealt
with the obligatory drunk heckler with style. A lot of comediennes
can fall into the anti-men style, Lucy doesn't and endears herself
to the whole audience, male, female, young, older, gay or straight
and entertains for the entire show.
So
how much of this is true and what is lies? The only way to find
out is to check her out for yourself. I can assure you you are
very unlikely to be disappointed.
