I must admit I approached this show with
an element of trepidation.  Comedy on the Fringe can be cutting and
cruel, and when the show sets out to turn Linda into a
'Super-bitch' and being one of the few males in this predominantly
female audience I was wary.
Linda
is Australian, of Italian stock, and her character explains a lot
of the ethnic values of the old Country that still influence the
second or third generations of these family especially in the
views that all girls should find a boyfriend and get married
regardless.
Linda
leads us through her characters job as a sales assistant in the
underwear department of a shop and how she hates the job, an
encounter with the super bitch she went to school with and
gradually morphs into a bitch herself together with a new costume,
and a new male slave, fortunately not me!!!!
