It
has been said that there is many a good tune played on an old
fiddle, and okay there were no fiddles here, but both Cryer and
Golden are not exactly spring chickens and their show was as good
as any I have seen on the Fringe this year.
Their
show is a mixture of funny stories and even funnier songs all
accompanied by Mr Golden on a variety of instruments. The
partnership oozes class and professionalism and the entire
performance was lapped up by their packed audience.
Like
good wine which gets better with age, I only hope they reappear
next year, when hopefully they will be even better.... if that is
possible.
Try
to catch this year’s show in the last few days, you'll miss out
if you don't.
