Greggs the Musical are back
this year, without their aprons, performing this 'Big
Brother' style show.
The
two characters, Elaine and Chardonnay are down to the final three
along with Ann Franks, who spends all he time in the diary room.
The ladies give typically larger than life performances, with
plenty of over the top humour and local references at surface
level, but there is also a far more subtle undertone as well. I
must admit it took me a while to suss this, but once I did, my
enjoyment of the show increased tremendously.
